Bae Sung is an Asian man counter productively employed as a translator. He has a habit of annoying those around him by exclaiming nonsensical phrases, especially (and most notably) "Uh-oh! Hot dog!". It is said he speaks the "dumbass" language. He is portrayed by Bobby Lee.
He was killed by Tony Soprano, but returned back to life without explanation in later sketches.
